HairPure will do our best to ensure your item is in satisfactory condition.
However, if you feel that what you ordered is faulty, please email us immediately at Replypurehair@outlook.com, providing your Order No., details of the fault and a photograph of the fault. We will replace your order when we have confirmed that the item is faulty.
As soon as your returned item# reaches our office, we will send you an email notification. Exchange of faulty items must be done within 7 days of receiving them. Do take note that there will be no cash refunds except for incorrect order sent and that the returned items are your responsibility until they reach our office. Only a one-to-one exchange is allowed and there are strictly no cash refunds.
